Hassan is a patient, honest guy. He came out to discuss a potential leak and after several minutes, it became apparent that the most reasonable thing to do at this time was NOT use any of his services--a conclusion he agreed with. However, even though he knew he wasn't going to make any money, he never rushed the conversation, spent plenty of time with us, and made doubly sure that we didn't have any remaining questions before he left. Definitely a solid guy and someone I'd call back the next time I need plumbing services; highly recommended!

I ran into some problems installing a drain pipe and garbage disposal and I knew I should call a professional. Hassan was great! He did everything perfectly and in a short amount of time. Instead of hours more of me fiddling around he got it done efficiently. He also respectfully put on shoe covers whenever he came into the apartment to not dirty our floor. A nice touch! It’s important to have a knowledgeable, respectful, and honest person you can trust with your home. I’m calling him first for any future issues.

Great experience working with Hasan of Nova Plumbing. He did great work installing sewer cleanouts and repairing and replacing the kitchen sink plumbing and house shut off valve and piping. But most importantly, he was patient working with the homeowners schedule and spending time scheduling and waiting on the city to do their part at the meter box. No other company would have done this. And he was so nice throughout the visits. I highly recommend Nova Plumbing.
